I try to ‘capture’ in paint the atmospheric alchemy between skies and seas, be it in the soft silence of the Mediterranean at sunrise, or the pounding Westerly waves of the English Channel.
Alina has exhibited in Italy (Naples, Palermo, Lipari, Filicudi) and in the UK.
She spends her time between the Isle of Wight and Filicudi, in the Aeolian Isles in Sicily. Her paintings endeavour to capture the atmospheres and luminous magnificence of the skies and seas surrounding these islands.
La sua produzione artistica comprende techniche diverse : ritratti in carboncino, incisioni, soggetti religiosi dipinti “al rovescio” in olio sul vetro.
Alina è un’artista che ha esposto i suoi lavori in mostre in Italia : Napoli, Palermo, Lipari, Filicudi ed in Inghilterra.
Divide il suo tempo fra l’Isola di Wight (GB) e le Isole Eolie (Sicilia). I suoi dipinti cercano di trasmettere l’atmosfera cangiante e la luminosa magnificenza dei cieli e mari di queste isole.
